AUTOMATIC REVIVAL OF NOTICE AND PRIORITY OF NOTICE GENERAL RULE' According to the Fiscal Code, the Notice of Lien is NOTICE OF TAX LIEN automatically revived and does not require refiling of the Notice by the Commonwealth.
