APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENTION OF TIME TO FILE AUDITOR'S RE ORT
AND NOW this 29th day of November, 2010, comes Joseph D. Buckley, squire, the
Auditor appointed in the above captioned matter, pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Rules of e Orphan's
Court and applies for an extension to file his report based on the following:
1. On September 19, 2008 the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. appointed the undersigned as the
Auditor.
2. On June 16, 2010, the undersigned completed 33 days of hearings coveri I g a period
beginning Apri121, 2009 through June 16, 2010.
3. The appointment for auditor included the audits of the first through fourth au it reports of
the above Estate including audits of the Marital Trust and the Residuary Trus established
under said Estate through 2005.
4. On November 24, 2010, your Honor appointed the undersigned as the auditor regarding (1)
the Statement of General Objections to Petition of Adjudication/Statement of Proposed
Distribution of the Residuary Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, D ceased filed
November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, Esquire; (2)
the Objections to the Account of the Residuary Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma,
Deceased filed November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, b Maurice R.
Mitts, Esquire (1) the Statement of General Objections to Petition of Adjudicati n/Statement
of Proposed Distribution of Residuary Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, Deceased
filed November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, (Esquire;
(3) the Statement of General Objections to Petition of Adjudication/Statement of (Proposed
Distribution of the Marital Trust under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, Dece~sed filed
November 22, 2010, on behalf of Robert M. Mumma II, by Maurice R. Mitts, Es uire; and
(4) the Objections to the Account of the Marital Trust under the Will of Robert M Mumma,
Deceased filed November 22, 2010, by Bazbaza M. Mumma, pro se. ~I
5. The undersign believes that it would be prudent not to issue his report on This initial
appointment until such time as the hearings aze held on the recently filed Ac~ounts and
Objections so that he may provide the Court with one inclusive report. ~~
