AND NOW, this 29th day of November, 2010, upon consideration of the
Petitioners' Petition for Citation to Account, Respondent's Answer thereto and
status conference with counsel;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
1. Given the specifity of the Answer filed by the Respondent, a
Full and Complete Account will not issue.
2. Petitioner shall file his objections to the Accounting provided in the
Respondent's Answer on or before December 30, 2010.
3. A Rule is then issued on the Respondent to show cause why the Ot
should not be granted. Respondent shall file an Answer to the Ob
or before January 18, 2011.
4. The Register of Wills is directed to forward said Answer to this Cou
5. The petition shall be decided under Pa.R.C.P. No. 206.5;
6. Depositions shall be completed by February 4, 2011;
