provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code and in suppor~ thereof avers
that:
(1) Your Petitioner, Carolyn L. Stine, is a competent adult residing at ll L,arch Lane,
Enola, Pennsylvania 17025, and is the sister of the above decedent.
(2) Kristan M. Kleffel, died on February 7, 2010, at the age of 49 years, butt prior thereto
lived and was domiciled at 11 Larch Lane, Enola, Pennsylvania, Cumb~rla~nd County,
Pennsylvania. A copy of decedent's Death Certificate is attached herleto~ as Exhibit
«A »
(3) Kristen M. Kleffel died with a Will. No Letters have been issued,. A copy of
decedent's Will is attached hereto as Exhibit "B."
(4) Kristan M. Kleffel had no probate estate when she died other than the fgllo~ing:
Series EE Savings Bonds valued at $1,106.76. Series EE S~vi~-gs
Bonds and Inventory are attached hereto as Exhibit "C."
(5) The heirs and relationship to the decedent are as follows:
Geraldine E. Candeloro, Mother
John C. Kleffel, Brother
Carolyn L. Stine, Sister
Kimberly A. (Stine) Frantz, Niece
Emily L. Stine, Niece
(6) Your Petitioner avers that there are no creditors of the decedent and no clams unpaid
known to your Petitioner.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be made authorizing
Carolyn L. Stine to act as Fiduciary and execute a Request by Fiduciary For Distribution of United
States Treasury Securities, pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
