AND NOW, ~ ey Z. 9 , 2010, upon consideration of the annexed petition, no
guardian is appointed for Casey Kummer, a minor. Casey Kummer is adequ~te~y~ represented
by her mother and natural guardian, Jennifer Kummer. The $1,000 bequest to aisey
Kummer from the Estate of Sara K. Dewalt, to be distributed to Jennifer K et' for the
benefit of the minor and shall be deposited in a bank in the minor's name, with a provision
that no withdrawal can be made from such account until the minor attains he# ~aDority.
Jennifer Kummer is authorized to execute any documents related to said depbsi{t, !the receipt
and release for said distribution, and the Family Settlement Agreement for the l~~tate of Sara
K. Dewalt, on behalf of Casey Kummer.
