AFFIDAVIT
I, STEFAN GEIR THORISSON, ESQUIRE, of Reykjavik, Iceland, hereby state that I
am the appointed Receiver of the Estate of the Decedent, namely Guolaug Brynja Guojonsdottir
as reflected in her attached Will. A copy of my appointment is attached to this Affidavit set forth
and attached hereto.
I, STEFAN GEIR THORISSON, ESQUIRE, hereby authorize NEIL WARNER YAHN,
ESQUIRE, of the Law Firm of James, Smith, Dietterick & Connelly, LLP to probate the Will of
the Decedent if so required, and act on my behalf and on behalf of the Estate of Guolaug Brynja
Guojonsdottir to administer any assets of said Estate located within the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.

Translated front, the Icelandic
On Monday, 2 Febru2uy 2009, a session of the Reykjavik District Court was
held at the Courthouse art Laekjartoxg, Reykjav~, by borgerdur Erlendsdottir, District
Court Judge.
The matter before the court: Na. D~1/2009:
The request by the Reykjavllc District Commissioner
to have the estate at death of Gruc~laug Brynja Gu~jonsdottir
settled by public division.
The court delivered the following

ReylCjavilc 'District Commissioner that the estate at death of Gu~laug Brynja
Gu~jbnsdottir ~ No. 230235-3x99}, who died ou. 24 December 200$ and was last
resident at Laugarasvegur 20, Rey~javfic, be settled by public division.
The application vcras accepted for a ruling pn 30 January this year at the
request of tlxe R.eykjavt7c District Commissioner.
No objections having been raised against a public division, under item 4 of
Article 37 of the Act No. 20J1991, the estate must therefore be settled by public
division.

who died an 24 Decezxiber 2008 and vvas last resident at Laugarasvegur 20, R.eykjavilt,
is accepted for settlement by public division.
