Docket Number
Appeal for the decision to suspend drivers license privileges.
I, Seth M Weller, would like to appeal the decision to suspend my driving privileges. I was living
in an appartment that was rented per bedroom by seperate lease. i was not home at the time
the constable came to the apartment to arrest my roommate Jermayne Webber. I arived at
the house to find them knocking and let them in the house. This is when the drug paraphenalia
was seen in the common area of the apartment. The constable called the state police and they
additionally found alcohol in the same common area. I had no knowledge of the items as I
wasn't even home. Mr. Webber has already admitted ownership and plead guilty to all
charges. Mr. Webber has a documented problem with both drugs and alcohol as is evident in
his several DUI cases as well as other possesion and underage drinking charges. There is also
documented history of my complaints made to Rocktowne apartments about Mr. Webbers
continued drug and alcohol use.
I have a stable job working for Fedex National LTL in Middletown, Pa. It would be a great
hardship, and result in loss of my job if my driving privileges were suspended. I have never had
a previous or subsequent drug charge and I have never had anything more then a routine traffic
tricket when it comes to driving.
I ask that the decision is overturned and I am able to keep my driving privileges. I furthermore
ask, that if you will not overturn the decision, that I will be considered for a 'bread and butter'
license to allow me to drive my vehicle to work.
