AND NOW, this Z '~ day of December, 2010, the motion of movant, Michael
Sabella, for injunction is GRANTED and proceedings to evict him and/or his spouse from the
residence at 5219 Stuart Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, are STAYED.
Movant, Michael Sabella, is herewith granted permission to reside at the residence at
5219 Stuart Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
During the period of their residence, Michael and Marian Sabella shall be responsible for
all utility expenses at the 5219 Stuart Drive residence hereafter incurred.
This order is entered pending determination of the contest with regard to the
interpretation of the Will of Dominick Sabella.
