ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows. to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the northern line of Delbrook Road (50 feet wide), which point is on the line dividing lot Nos. 20 and 21, Block F, as the same are shown on
the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence South 86 degrees 00 minutes West along said line of Delbrook Road, 65 feet to a point in the line dividing Lot Nos. 21
and 22, Block F, on said Plan; thence North 04 degrees 00 minutes West along said dividing line, 125.14 feet to a point in the southern line of Emanuel Baptist
Church of West Shore; thence North 86 degrees 00 minutes East along said Baptist Church line and beyond, 65 feet to a point in the line dividing Lot Nos. 21 and 20,
aforesaid: thence South 04 degrees 00 minutes East along the last said dividing line, 125.14 feet to a point in the northern line of Delbrook Road, the place of
BEGINNING.
Being Lot No. 21, Block F, Plan No. 4 of Delbrook Manor, said Plan being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 11, Page 33.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a brick and frame split-level dwelling house known and numbered as 4809 Delbrook Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
The Internal Revenue Service acknowledges receipt of Thirty Five Thousand Thirty Two 57/100 dollars ($35,032.57), and
discharges the lien against the above described property. However, the lien remains in effect for all other property, or rights to
property, to which the lien is attached.
