Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, does hereby acknowledge and ~g that when
the undersigned receives from Karie,~ ExPecx~tor/rix of the Estate, the amount shpwjn;on the
accounting attached hereto as Exhibit A and entitled "Proposed Distribution°, the ~nldersy
will have received full payment of the undersigned's entire right to distribution of any kind
whatsoever of and from the Estate and further; upon the receipt of such Proposed ~?istrit
the undersigned releases and forever discharges the said estate, the Executor/d~bc !,, her heirs,
administrators and assigns, and Heather Mumma Hamer, Attorney for the Estatle, bf and from
the payment of any other or further sum in satisfaction and payment of undersi~ned!s share of
the estate, (except as to the undersigned's pro rata share of unexpended resenre~ ~s shown on
