DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 3rd day of December, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition. for Grant of
Letters filed by Charles E. Myers for the Estate of Mervin L. Myers, deceased, and the two
documents offer for probate, IT IS DECREED that the document dated February 22, 2000, is
admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of Mervin L. Myers. The document dated April 8,
1996, is not admitted to probate as the second paragraph of the Last Will and Testament., dated February
22, 2000 revokes all prior Wills and Codicils.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Charles E. Myers.
Charles E. Myers shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
