Supplemental Inheritance Tax Return and Inventory, along with a copy of the first page
of the Inheritance Tax Return and check # 1029 in the amount of $2,632.83 for payment
of the inheritance tax balance due. Please date stamp the first page of the return and a
copy of the Inventory and return them to my office in the enclosed self-addressed
envelope.
