Please note that the Planning Commission decided that Lots 51 and 52 were free standing lots which could be subdivided by the State with the idea that they would not be developed and furthermore are restricted by deed for ingress and egress only. (See copy attached). • At their meeting October 7, 1982, the North Middleton Township Board of Supervisors approved Subdivision 82-2 Clarence Billow Estate along with the provisions noted in the above bullet (copy attached). • Even if the deed restriction were to be removed due to current zoning setbacks for the Highway Commercial Zone no building could be constructed -of any value on this limited size lot. • These lots are zoned Highway Commercial and as such no residential dwellvlg would be permitted on these properties.
