CLEARING, INC. COMPLAINT AND NOW comes the Plaintiff in a cause of action against the Defendant and, in support thereof, respectfully alleges as follows: ~. Plaintiff, Clearsite, LLC, is a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company, authorized to do business within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal place of business located at io6o Girl Scout Road, Stevens, Pa., and offices in Denver, Pa., 17517 2. Defendant, E.B. Clearing, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation with a principal place of business located at PO Box 408, Enola, Pa. 17025. 3. Plaintiff is in the business of providing services for land clearing, custom grinding and demolition. 4. Defendant requested the services of the Plaintiff for clearing and grinding. 5. That those services were provided by the Plaintiff to the Defendant. 6. That invoices for the services were sent to the Defendant, copies of which are attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof, specifically as follows: a. Invoice No. C-730-B in the amount of $x,200.00; b. Invoice No. C-73i-B in the amount of $i4,4oo.00; and c. Invoice No. C-732-B in the amount of $3,600.00. ~. That there has been paid on the account, on December 4, 2oio, the sum of $3,000.00 and on August 20, 2oio, the sum of $i3,ooo.oo. 8. The outstanding balance on the account is $9,200.00. 9. That all services were performed in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with the verbal understandings at reasonable charges. io. Demands have been made by the Plaintiff against the Defendant for payment. ~i. Defendant has failed and refused to make payments and no payments have been made since October 4, 2oio. 12. That service charges are attached to the payments, in the amount of 1.5% per month.
