Citation be awarded to Edward A. Siemon, III, trustee of the Marcella P. Siemon
Restatement of Trust ("Restated Trust"), to show cause, if any there be, why he is not
obligated to provide Petitioner with an itemized list of all expenses paid and distributions
made by the Restated Trust and its predecessor, the Marcella P. Siemon Revocable
Living Trust, since January 22, 2008, the date of formation of the trusts.
