AND NOW, this 10th day of December, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition
of the Plenary Guardian of the Estate of Steven Joshua Bergey, an incapacitated
person,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Jessica E. Bergey is hereby
authorized:
1. To execute a release releasing Jeffrey L. Schaeffer, Jr. and his insurer for
damages incurred by Mr. Bergey on April 25, 2010;
2. To receive $100,000.00 on Mr. Bergey's behalf in exchange for executing the
release;
3. To pay Menges, McLaughlin & Kalasnik, PC $25,000.00 under the contingent
fee agreement and $231.43 as reimbursement for expenses incurred;
4. To compromise the claim for reimbursement by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare to pay no more than 50% of the
net settlement proceeds thereto;

5. To deposit the remaining proceeds in a Special Needs Trust for the benefit of
Steven Joshua Bergey.
