Watson, of the Borough of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby declare this to be my will, hereby revoking any and all former wills and codicils thereto by me heretofore made. FIRST I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my estate as soon as practicable after decease, of the my as a part expense of the administration of my estate. SECOND I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows: A. It is my desire that my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, and my niece and nephews, Barbara Fisler Myers, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., J. Herman Fisler and Michael D. Fisler, be permitted to select items of furniture and household goods in my home at the time of my death as they may desire in as nearly equal shares as possible. B. The balance of the residue of my estate to my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, and my niece and nephews, Barbar Fisler Myers, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., J. Herman Fisler and Michael D. Fisler, in equal shares, provided that the share of any of my said Page 1 of a Five-Page Will beneficiaries who predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth day following my death shall be divided equally among said beneficiaries' surviving spouse and children. THIRD Any fiduciary under this will shall have the following powers in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions of my will applicable to all property, whether principal or income, including property held for minors, exercisable without Court approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property: A. To retain any and all of the assets of my estate, real or personal, without regard to any principle of diversification of risk. B. To invest in all forms of property, including stock, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds without restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries, as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of diversification of risk. C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to lease, for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper. D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or income or partly to each as they from time to time think proper. E. To compromise any claim or controversy. F. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly each. Page 2 of a Five-Page Will G. To hold property in their names without designation of any fiduciary capacity or in the name of a nominee or unregistered. FOURTH I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. FIFTH I appoint my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, as Executrix of this my will. Should she predecease me, fail to qualify or cease to act as such Executrix, I appoint my nephew, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., as Executor of this my will. Should my nephew predecease me, fail to qualify or cease to act as such Executor, I appoint my nephew, J. Herman Fisler, Executor of this my will. SIXTH No bond shall be required of any fiduciary hereunder in any jurisdiction. Watson, presently residing at the Shippensburg Health Care Center, Cumberland County, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, having made my Last Will and Testament dated October 17,1986, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament. I hereby revoke paragraph FIFTH of my Will in its entirety and in lieu thereof provide as follows: FIFTH I nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, A. EUGENE FISLER, JR., currently residing at 22 Greenbrier Lane, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania 17019, as Executor of my Last Will and Testament, dated October 17, 1986. In the event my said nephew, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., should predecease me or otherwise fail to qualify or cease to act as the Executor of my Last Will and Testament, dated October 17, 1986, I then nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, the Reverend J. HERMAN FISLER, currently residing in the community of State Line, Pennsylvania, as Executor of my Last Will and Testament.
