LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Julia G. Watson, of the Borough of Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby declare this to be my will, hereby
revoking any and all former wills and codicils thereto by me
heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my
estate as soon as practicable after decease, of the

SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. It is my desire that my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, and my
niece and nephews, Barbara Fisler Myers, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., J.
Herman Fisler and Michael D. Fisler, be permitted to select items
of furniture and household goods in my home at the time of my death
as they may desire in as nearly equal shares as possible.
B. The balance of the residue of my estate to my sister,
Barbara E. Fisler, and my niece and nephews, Barbar Fisler Myers,
A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., J. Herman Fisler and Michael D. Fisler, in
equal shares, provided that the share of any of my said

beneficiaries who predecease me or die on or before the thirtieth
day following my death shall be divided equally among said
beneficiaries' surviving spouse and children.
THIRD
Any fiduciary under this will shall have the following powers
in addition to those vested in them by law and by other provisions
of my will applicable to all property, whether principal or income,
including property held for minors, exercisable without Court
approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To retain any and all of the assets of my estate,
real or personal, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risk.
B. To invest in all forms of property, including stock,
common trust funds and mortgage investment funds without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries,
as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risk.
C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to
lease, for any period of time, any real or personal property, and
to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and
upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper.
D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or
income or partly to each as they from time to time think proper.
E. To compromise any claim or controversy.
F. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly each.

G. To hold property in their names without designation
of any fiduciary capacity or in the name of a nominee or
unregistered.
FOURTH
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of
the administration of my estate.
FIFTH
I appoint my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, as Executrix of this
my will. Should she predecease me, fail to qualify or cease to act
as such Executrix, I appoint my nephew, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., as
Executor of this my will. Should my nephew predecease me, fail to
qualify or cease to act as such Executor, I appoint my nephew, J.
Herman Fisler, Executor of this my will.
SIXTH
No bond shall be required of any fiduciary hereunder in any
jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this, my Last Will and Testament, consisting of five typewritten
pages, the first three of which bear my signature in the margin for

CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
JULIA G. WATSON, DATED OCTOBER 17, 1986
I, Julia G. Watson, presently residing at the Shippensburg Health Care Center, Cumberland
County, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, having made my
Last Will and Testament dated October 17,1986, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a
Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament.
I hereby revoke paragraph FIFTH of my Will in its entirety and in lieu thereof provide as
follows:
FIFTH
I nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, A. EUGENE FISLER, JR., currently residing at
22 Greenbrier Lane, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania 17019, as Executor of my Last Will and Testament, dated
October 17, 1986. In the event my said nephew, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., should predecease me or
otherwise fail to qualify or cease to act as the Executor of my Last Will and Testament, dated October
17, 1986, I then nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, the Reverend J. HERMAN FISLER,
currently residing in the community of State Line, Pennsylvania, as Executor of my Last Will and
Testament.
In all other respects, I hereby ratify and confirm my said Last Will and Testament except insofar
as any part thereof is revoked or modified by this Codicil.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I Julia G. Watson, have to this, a Codicil to my Last Will and
Testament dated October 17, 1986, written on one (1) page, subscribed my name and set my seal this

For Value Received, Giuseppe Mazzella DiBasco, single man,
(hereinafter), whether one or more, called "Obligor") promise to
pay to the order of Julia G. Watson,
(hereinafter), whether one or more, called "Obligee"), its
successors or assigns, in lawful money of the United States of
America, the sum of Forty One Thousand Five Hundred ($41,500.00)
Dollars and any additional moneys loaned or advanced by any
holder as hereinafter provided as follows:
The principal s~m of Forty One Thousand Five Hundred
($41,500.00) Dollars together with interest thereon at the rate
of I)% per annum payable in monthly payment~ of Three Hundred
Forty Six Dollars and Ninety Four Cents ($346.94) for a period of
240 months, with the first payment being due on May 12, 1996, and
continuing thereafter for a total period of 120 months when a
balloon payment of $28,593.50 shall be due and payable. Nothing
set forth above amortizing this loan for a period of 240 months
shall be construed to extend the term during which the balloon
payment is due.
And in addition thereto, in the event any payment provided
for herein shall become overdue, for a period of 15 days the
Obligor agrees to pay a late charge in the amount not exceeding
five percent as compensation for the additional servic~ resulting
from the default, and all payments are to be made to Julia G.
Watson, or elsewhere as shall be directed by any holder hereof.
This Note shall evidence, and the Mortgage given to secure
it's payment, shall cover and be security for any future loans or
advances that may be made or on behalf of the Obligor by any
holder hereof at any time or times hereafter and intended by the
Obligor and the then holder to be so evidences and secured, as
well a~ any sums paid by any holder hereof pursuant to the t~rms
of said Mortgage, and any such loans, advances or payments shall
be added to and bear interest at the same rate as the principal
debt.
In case default be made for the space of thirty (30) day~ in
the payment of prln=ipal or interest, or in the performance by
the Obligor or any of the other obligations of this Note or said
Mortgage, the entire unpaid balance of the principal debt,
additional loans or adYanues and all other sums paid by any
/ holder hereof to ok on behalf of the Obligor pursuant to the
terms of this Note or said Mortgage, together with unpaid
i~t~.rest thereon, shall at the option of the holder and without
notice become immediately due and payable and one or more
executions may forthwith issue on any judgments obtained by
virtue hereof, and no failure on the part of any holder hereof to
exercise any of the rights hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of
any such rights or any default hereunder.
The Obligor hereby empowers any attorney of any court of
record within the United States of America or elsewhere to appear
for th~.- Obligor and, with or without filed, confess judqment, or
a series of judgments, against the Obligor in favor of any holder
hereof, as any term, for the unpaid balance of the principal
debt, additions] ]cans or advances and all other sums paid by the
holder hereof to or on behalf of the Obligor pursuant to the
terms of this Note or said Mortgage, together with unpaid
interest thereon, cost of s%].~t and an attorney commission for
collection of 10 percent (10%) of the total indebtedness, on
which judgment or judgments one or more executions may issue
forthwith upon failure t-o ~omt~]y with any of the terms and
conditions of this Note or Mortgage.
This obligation shall bind th~_ Obligor and the Obligor's
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and asslgns, and the
benefits hereof shall inure to the Obligee hereof and its

one person, the undertakings and liability of each shall by joint

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Julia G. Watson, of the Borough of Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby declare this to be my will, hereby
revoking any and all former wills and codicils thereto by me
heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct that all my .just debts and funeral expenses,
including all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my
estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as a part of the
expense of the administration of my estate.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every
nature and whet.ever situate as follows:
A. It is my desire that my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, and my
niece and nephews, Barbara Fisler Myers, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., J.
Herman Fisler and Michael D. Fisler, be permitted to select items
of furniture and household goods in my home at the time of my. death
as they may desire in as nearly equal shares as possible.
B. The balance of the residue of my estate .to my sister,
Barbara E. Fisler, and my niece and nephews, Barbar Fisler Myers,
A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., J. Herman Fisler and Michael D. Fisler, in
equal shares, provided that the share of any of my said

day following my death shall be divided equally among said
beneficiaries' surviving spouse and children.
THIRD
Any fiduciary under this will shall have the following powers

including property held for minors, exercisable without Court
approval, and effective until actual distribution of all property:
A. To any and all of the assets of my estate,
retain
real or personal, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risk.
B. To invest in all forms of property, including stock,
common trust funds and mortgage investment funds without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduciaries,
as they deem proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification of risk.
C. To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to
lease, for any period of time, any real or personal property, and
to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and
upon such terms or conditions as they deem proper.
D. To allocate receipts and expenses to principal or
income or partly to each as they from time to time think proper.
E. To compromise any claim or controversy.
F. To distribute in cash or in kind or partly each.

G. To hold property in their names without ~designation
of any fiduciary capacity or in the name of a nOminee or
unregistered.
FOURTH
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of
my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of
the administration of my estate.
FIFTH
I appoint my sister, Barbara E. Fisler, as Executrix of this
my will. Should she predecease me, fail to .qualify or cease to act
as such Executrix, I appoint my nephew, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., as
Executor of this my will. Should my nephew predecease me, fail to
qualify or. cease to act as such Executor, I appoint my nephew, J.
Herman Fisler, Executor of this my will.
SIXTH
No bond shall be required of any fiduciary hereunder in any
jurisdiction.

Last Will and Testament dated October 17,1986, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a
Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament.
I hereby revoke paragraph FIFTH of my Will in its entirety and in lieu thereof provide as
follows:
FIFTH
I nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, A. EUGENE FISLER, JR., currently residing at
22 Greenbrier Lane, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania 17019, as Executor of my Last Will and Testament, dated
October 17, 1986. In the event my said nephew, A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., should predecease me or
otherwise fail to qualify or cease to act as the Executor of my Last Will and Testament, dated October

DISCOUNT: If any tax due is paid within three (3) calendar months after the decedent's death, a five percent (5Z) discount of
the tax paid is a11oaed.
PENALTY: The 15Z tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the and of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in tha same manner and in the the same time period as you aould appeal the tax and interest

WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were granted to A. Eugene Fisler, Jf. on
January 9,2003, by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
\VHEREAS, all assets of the late Julia G. Watson have been liquidated or
distributed and all her debts paid in full, and further the period of four months having
been terminated since the first advertisement of the issuance of Letters to the said

Executor, the said parties hereto desire to waive the duty of the Executor to file a
First and Final Account with Proposed Schedule of Distribution for purposes of
confirmation by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Orphan's Court
Division, AND FURTHER desire that a Family Settlement Agreement be executed,
which Family Settlement will be duly recorded among the deed records in and for
Cumberland County.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, that the parties hereto, in consideration of
the premises above stated, and of the Accounting and Proposed Schedule of Distribution
attached hereto and made a part hereof, and the receipt of their distributive shares as
therein shown, do mutually bind themselves to the said Distribution and Accounting as
set forth and further release A. Eugene Fisler, Jr., Executor, from all claims and demands
whatsoever arising out of settlement of the Estate of Julia G. Watson.
The parties hereto do further agree that should any liability come due to the estate
of the said decedent after the signing of this agreement, I do hereby covenant and agree
with the aforesaid personal representative that I will contribute pro rata my share of the
estate to satisfy any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may be
successfully prosecuted against the said estate or the aforesaid personal representative
after the signing, sealing and delivery of this family settlement agreement and final
release.
