MEMO
The Court met with counsel for the proponent of the Will, Thomas Flower, Esquire, and
the contestant of the Will, Elizabeth Feather, Esquire, and the attorneys have discussed with the
Court the need for the medical records to be turned over to Mr. Flower, Esquire, the Court is
request fully requesting that those records be turned over to Mr. Flower within the next month,
which would enable counsel to have an opportunity to review the medical records and discuss a
possible settlement of this matter.
The Court would suggest that any deposition of physicians, which need to occur, be
completed on or before February 15, 2011, with an eye towards April, 2011 hearing. The Court
anticipated that hearing would take one day.
The Court is willing to meet with counsel and the parties in Carlisle if assistance would
help to resolve this matter.
