of the Borough of Camp Hill and Cathy L. Sowers to Quitclaim Donated or D~di~~ted Property
(the "Joint Petition") and hearing held October 21, 2010, pursuant to Sec~io~ 3384 of the
Dedicated or Donated Property Act (the "Act"), 53 P.S. § 3384, due notice hav~n~ been given to
the Office of the Attorney General as required by the Act and the Attorney Glen dal having no
objection; the Court finding that the subject real property described in Exhilbi "A" attached
hereto (the "Property") which had been apparently dedicated but for which no for~i~l acceptance
appears of record, and being satisfied that there has been no acceptance by ir~p illation arising
out of public use of the Property, the Joint Petition is hereby GRANTED', d~ it is further
ordered and directed as follows:
(1) The Borough of Camp Hill shall execute and deliver a Quitclai~i eed to Cathy
L. Sowers for the subject Property described in Exhibit "A."
(2) Cathy L. Sowers shall pay consideration to the Borough of ~ ~ Hill in the
amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in exchange for e~livery of the
Quitclaim Deed.

THIS DEED, made the day of December, 2010, between
CAMP HILL, a Borough with an address of 2145 Walnut Street, Camp
County, Pennsylvania, party of the first part,
AND
CATHY L. SOWERS, a married individual of the Borough of Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Ten Thousand Dollazs ($10,00
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said party of the first pa
release and quitclaim to the said party of the second part,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract situate in Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland Count,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
