PALISADES COLLECTION/ ASTA FUNDING, who after being first duly sworn, states on
oath that the claim in the amount of $54.99 of such entity against the Estate of RICK OHRUM
has been paid, or the said claim has otherwise been settled or compromised.
Further, VATIV Recovery Solutions, L.L.C. c/o PALISADES COLLECTION/ ASTA
FUNDING hereby discharges said claim and releases the Estate of RICK OHRUM and her heirs
from further liability with respect thereto.
