Plaintiff is PENNYMAC LOAN SE~ZYI~S, LLC, 27001 Agoura Road, Suite 350 Calabasas, CA 91301. 2. The names and addresses of the Defendant is EMERIC KOCSIS JR., 126 East Green Street, Camp Hill, PA 1701 1, who is the mortgagor and record owner of the mortgaged premises hereinafter described. 3. On March 24, 2008 mortgagors made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the Property hereinafter described to MOREQUITY, INC, which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County as Instrument # 200810004. The mortgage has been assigned to: PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC by assignment of Mortgage. Plaintiff is the real party in interest pursuant to an Assignment of Mortgage to Plaintiff attached as Exhibit C. The Mortgage and Assignment(s) are matters of public record and are incorporated by this reference in accordance with Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1019(8); which Rule relieves the Plaintiff from its obligation to attach documents to pleadings if those documents are matters of public record. 4.
