2. Robert E. Noss suffers from severe dementia and is 76 yeazs old. ~ ~,

3. Robert Noss has been married to Ruth Noss since June I5, 1957 (53 y ;

4. Ruth Noss is the next of kin and natural guazdian of her spouse. ~'
5. Ruth Noss resides at 518 Chestnut Street, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065 and is 70
years old.
6. William Noss, brother of decedent, died intestate on Febnaary 17, 2010, a resident of
Juniata County.
7. Petition was filed to appoint an Administrator of the Estate of William H. Noss in
Juniata County, Orphans Court Division No. 34-10-00068.
8. Juniata County Court requires that a Guazdian Ad Litem be appointed in Cumberland
County to represent the legal interest of Robert Noss related to the administration of the Estate
before Administratrix is appointed.
9. Ruth Noss and her spouse Robert Noss have the same interests.
Pennsylvania Rule 12.4 (a) allows the Court to appoint a guardian ad litem to represent a
party not represented by a guardian.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests Ruth Noss be appointed as Guardian Ad Litem of
Robert Noss relative to the administration of the Estate of William H. Noss.

I am writlng on behalf of Rabert Noss. Robert is a long-term resident at
Claremont Nursing and Rehabiliitadon Center. He has been a resident here since
July 19, 1996. I have been treating him since that time. Robert has a diagnosis
of Aizheimer's Dementia and it is my professional opinion that he is incompetent
in making his own decisions. I do not see his condition improving in the future.
