I - I give, devise and bequeath. my entire estate, real and personal, unto my wife, Eleanor W. Myers, absolutely and in fee simple if she shall survive me. II - If my wife, Eleanor W. Myers, fails to survive me, I dispose of my estate as hereinafter set forth.
