MARTIN, the undersigned, a residuary benefic$ary in the above-captioned estate, have periodically received and exa~m~.ned state- ments of income and principal cash receipts and disbursemdn#s or have been .afforded an opportunity to examine a final accounting, being informal or otherwise, and have agreed to waive an accounting of the administration of the subject estate or the filing of such a'Fn account for court audit.
