Whereas, Steven T. Kyzer and Mary T, Kyzer, Ownem
Of, Lot No. 18, on Subdivision Plan of Duffiaid Crossing, Phase II, Monroe Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Wheatland Custom
Of 447 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania,
For the erection of a building upon land situate.
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land, situate in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Leeinda Lane at the property comer
of Lot No. 17 and Lot No. 18 as shown on the hereinafter mandoned plan of lots; thence along
said right-of-way line South 12 degrees 58 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 71.486 feet to
a point; thence continuing along said right-of-way line by a curve having a radius of 225,00 and
an am length of 131.183 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 18 and Lot No. 19;
thence along said dividing line South 55 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of
384.809 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. lg and lands now or formerly of
Asbeomb Farm Dairy, Inc.; thence along said dividing line North 14 degrees 43 mJnute~ 03
seconds West, a distance of 306.757 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 17 and
Lot No. tg; thence along said dividing line North 72 degrees 22 minutes 27 seconds East, a
distance of 332.275 feet to a point, said point being the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 18 on Subdivision Plan of Duffield Crossing, Phase II recorded October 15,
1999 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in
Plan Book 79, Page 150.

To the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Wbeatland
Custom Homes, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners.
It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any
sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other pemon for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived.
