("AGFI") , comes by its attorneys and complains a~ainst the defendant, Sherrie Lovell, upon a cause of action of which the followin~ is a statement. 1. The plaintiff, American General Finance, Inc., is a company doin~ business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its principal place of business located at 1764 E. Third Street, Box 905, Williamsport, PA 17703. 2. Defendant, Sherrie Lovell is an adult individual who resides at 10 Ann Street, #A, Duncannon, PA 17020. 3. On or about October 14, 1997, upon consideration of a loan to defendant in the amount of $11,649.84, defendant executed and delivered to plaintiff a Promissory Note in the amount of $11,649.84. The Promissory Note was to be repaid in the manner set forth therein (the "Note") . 4. Defendant is in default under the terms of the Note because she has failed and refused, and continues to fail and refuse to make the payments required under the Note. 5. Pursuant to the terms of the Note, Plaintiff is entitled to reasonable attorney's fees. 6. Defendant has failed to cure the default as requested. Accordingly, and pursuant to the provisions of the Note, plaintiff declares all sums due under the Note to be immediately due and payable and Plaintiff requests judgment in the amount of the accelerated balance, together with the expenses of collection, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys, fees, costs and interest, in the following amounts- Principal Interest Due $10,105.08 Through March 2, 2001 $ 2,064.38 Costs- Sro be added Attorney's Fees - reasonable $ 1,825.41 Total ~13,994.87 7. Interest from March 3, 2001 through date of satisfaction of the judgment accrues at the rate of $2.65 per day.
