requisite notice, pursuant to Rule 6.12,. Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules, is hereby given that ypu have ten
(10) days to file the Status Report. If the required 6.12 form is not filed in accordance with Rule 6.12 the Court
will be notified of such delinquency and the undersigned will requestthat a Court conduct a hearing id
determine whether sanctions should be imposed upon the delinquent personal representative or counsep for the
delinquent personal representative.
