We do not know if the Administrator retained new counsel or if she chose to complete administration on her own. Based upon our limited period of representation, it appeared that the Estate was insolvent. Further, any net assets in the Estate would be distributed to the surviving spouse, so it is unlikely that any tax would be due from the Estate.
