STIP~ATION OF CUSTODY
AND NOW this ~ day of March, 2001, the parties, Erin Asbury and Alfonso
Cucuzella, file the following Stipulation regarding custody, after due consideration of the best
interest of their minor child;
WHEREAS, the parties are the natural parents of Anthony Vincent Asbury Cucuzella,
date of birth April 8, 2000;
WHEREAS, the parties wish to memorialize their agreement in regard to custody of the
child;
WHEREAS, the parties wish to have this agreement entered as an order of court;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises, and
agreements as hereinafter set forth, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree
as follows:
1. Mother shall exercise sole legal custody over the minor child.
2. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the minor child.
3. Father shall have periods of partial custody as the parties agree.

that this Agreement be entered as an order of court at the request of either party, hereby set their
hand and seals and on the date first written above.
