ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 19th day of July, 2004, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of Three
Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that John Andrew Runkle and Janet Ann
Kramer will apply on August 26th, 2004 for a marriage license and the Court being satisfied that
extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to issue said
license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning marriages under
Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.

ORPHANS COURT DIVISION
PETITION FOR WAIVER OF THREE DAYS FOR MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION
1. Janet Ann Kramer who resides at 2440 Ozone Court, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 and John
Andrew Runkle who resides at 2440 Ozone Court, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 would like to
petition the Court to waive the three days waiting period for issuance of a marriage license.
2. The reason for their request is that both Janet Kramer and John Runkle reside and are
employed in California. Due to professional commitments we will not be able to return to
Pennsylvania three (3) business days before the wedding. Furthermore, an additional flight to
Pennsylvania from California in the 60 day interim would be a great financial burden, due to
the cost travel expenses, as well as lost wages due to time off work.
3. The petitioners would like to apply for a marriage license on August 26, 2004 with the date of
the marriage being August 28, 2004.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned petitition the Court to waive the three day waiting period for
issuance of the marriage license.
