LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
RUTH O. WASSELL
I, RUTH O. WASSELL, of Cumberland County, Penns~rlw'ania, do
hereby make this my Last Will and Testament, revoking any and
all former Wills and Codicils made by me.
FIRST: I am not married, and I have no childr~r~.
SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath all of'm~ estate,
real and personal, as follows:
(a) Twenty-five percent (25~) to my niece, Ruth, Marz,
currently of Friedrichsdorf, Germany; and
(b) Fifty percent (505) to my nephew, Jurge>:~ ~llinger,
currently of Pforzheim, Germany.
(c) Twenty-five percent (25~) as follows:
(i) 1/8 to the Bethesda Mission, I~a~risburg,
Pennsylvania; Ij
(ii) 1/8 to the Christians for Jews Founld~ton, San
Antonio, Texas;
(iii) 1/8 to the Childrens' Hunger Relief Fund,
Washington, D.C.;

(iv) 1/8 to the American Bible Society'iNew York,
New York;
(v) l/8 to the American Red Cross, ~I r risburg,
Pennsylvania;
(vi) 1/4 to the Trinity United Method~s~

ceased me.

FOURTH: (1) I name Fulton Bank located in Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania as my Executor. I direct that my Execu;tc~~, herein
referred to as my Executor regardless of number or ge~n er, serve
without bond in any jurisdiction in which called u~o to act.
(2) For services as Executor, my Exe~u{tor shall
receive reasonable compensation.
FIFTH: (1) I give to any Executor named in this Will or
any Codicil hereto or to any successor or substitutte Executor
all of the powers enumerated in this Will and all of'',t ~ powers
applicable by law to fiduciaries in the Commo~hw alth of
Pennsylvania and in particular through the Pennsylvan,~a probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code, as effective and as in ~fect on
the date hereof, during the administration and ',u til the
completion of the distribution of my estate. I direst ghat all
such powers shall be construed in the broadest possii,b ~ manner
and shall be exercisable without court authorization.
(2) In determining the federal estate and i came tax
liabilities of my estate, my Executor shall have dis~C~gtion to
select the valuation date and to determine whether ~nlv or all
of the allowable administration expenses in my estatee

used as federal estate tax deductions or as federal income tax
deductions. II
(3) My Executor is authorized and ertip veered to
acquire and to retain, either permanently or for suci~h period of
time as my Executor may determine, any assets, in~l ding the
capital stock of any closely held corporation, wYe Pier such
assets are or are not of the character approved or'a~uthorized
by law for investment by fiduciaries and whether such sets do
or do not represent an overconcentration in one inv~stiment.
(4) My Executor is authorized and ems entered to
disclaim any interest, in whole or in part, of which ~, or my
Executor, may be the beneficiary, devisee, or leg tee, by
executing an appropriate instrument (in accordance wait section
2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as atjne ded and
supplemented, or such similar section as may then be iitn effect) .
(5) My Executor is authorized and empower~e to sell
at public or private sale, or exchange, and to etc inter or
lease, for any period of time, any real or personal prlo arty and
to give options to buy or lease any such property. ddition-
ally, my Executor is authorized and empowered to ~o ' romise
claims, to borrow from anyone (including a fiduciary ~e leunder)
and to pledge property as security therefor, to make bans to

and to buy property from anyone (including a fiduciary or
beneficiary hereunder); provided that any such loa$~s 'shall be
adequately secured and at a fair interest rate.
(6) My Executor is authorized and e~p veered to
allocate property, charges on property, receipts la d income
among and between principal or income, or partl~r to each,
without regard to any law defining principal and in~~CC~tne.
SIXTH: No interest of any beneficiary under t~'s Will,
any Codicil hereto, shall be subject to anticipai~i h or to
voluntary or involuntary alienation. ~
SEVENTH: All estate, inheritance, successional rid other
death taxes imposed or payable by reason of my ',d lath and
interest and penalties thereon with respect to a1~1 property
comprising my gross estate for death tax purposes, I~r ether or
not such property passes under this Will, shall be p,a ~ out of
the residue of my estate, as if such taxes were e~peazses of
administration, without apportionment or right of reim~ ~;sement.
I authorize my Executor to pay all such taxes at su~Y~ time or
times as deemed advisable.
