FAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL
IN THE
ESTATE OF LORETTA YOUNG, DECEASED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS,
Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died
2009, having first made her Last Will and Testament, which was duly e~
1987, and is duly recorded in the Cumberland County Courthouse,
2109-0600;
WHEREAS, Loretta Young by the aforesaid Last Will and Testament,
Martsolf and Betty J. Clausi as Co-Executrices of her Last Will and Testamen~;
WHEREAS, Betty J. Clausi (Brown) renounced her right to administer
decedent in favor of Cathy J. Martsolf on June 20, 2009; ~',
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the estate of decedent were
Register of Wills of Cumberland County and were granted to Cathy J.
hereinafter called Personal Representative;
WHEREAS, the Personal Representative has gathered the assets
decedent, and the assets consist of personal property to a total value of
Exhibit "A", which is a statement of account of the said Personal
attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A";
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in the statement
has been distributed as herein indicated in accordance with the terms of
Testament of the decedent;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Cathy J. Martsolf
(Brown), being the beneficiaries and heirs of the decedent, and being those

inherit under the Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that we haves this day had and
received from the Personal Representative, in full satisfaction and payment, .all sum or sums of
money, legacies, bequests and devices as are given, devised and beque~thjed to us, which
amounts we have received this day, and which amounts are set opposite our, names in the table
and schedule of distribution in the statement attached hereto and marked Exhibit' "A";
AND, we do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the
filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, we agree that no ac~o~nt is necessary;
and we do hereby consent to distribution being made without the filing pf'an account and
schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if it Ih~ been filed and
confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cur~b~erland County.
THEREFORE, we and each of us do hereby remise, release, quit ~Cla~itn and forever
discharge the Personal Representative, Cathy J. Martsolf, her heirs, executors, ~~d~ninistrators and
assigns, of and from the estate and from all actions, suits, payment, accounts,, rejc)koning, claims
and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, mat#er~ cause or thing
whatsoever touching upon the estate of the decedent; and each of us do further ~ereby covenant
and agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the decedent after ohs signing of this
agreement, each of us do hereby covenant and agree with each other ~n~i the Personal
Representative that we will contribute pro rata our share of the estate to salti~fy any and all
claims, demands, suits or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against the
estate or the Personal Representative after the signing, sealing and delivery of this Family
Settlement Agreement and Final Release.
