STROHMENGER, of 6 Vicksburg Court, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix or Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate. SECOND: I bequeath to my daughter, SUSAN S. CHILTON, if she shall survive me, all jewelry owned by me at the time of my death. If my daughter shall not survive me, then I give and devise the aforesaid jewelry to my granddaughter, ELIZABETH LEIGH CHILTON, THIRD: If I should be a member of Strohm Holding Company, a partnership, or a successor thereto, at the time of my death, I give and devise all of my right, title and interest in said partnership and in and to all of the assets, real and personal, tangible and intangible, owned by it, in equal shares, to my daughter, SUSAN S. CHILTON, of 6 Vicksburg Court, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17050, and my son, DON E. STROHMENGER, of 18 Broad Street, Second Floor, Red Bank, New Jersey 07701, per stirpes. FOURTH: I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to my children, SUSAN S. CHILTON and DON E. STROHMENGER, in equal shares, per stirpes. LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, SUSAN S. CHILTON, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that my said daughter, SUSAN S. CHILTON, shall be unable to serve as Executrix for any reason, I appoint my son, DON E. STROHMENGER, as Executor. In the event that my said son, DON E. STROHMENGER, shall be unable to serve as Executor for any reason, I appoint my son-in-law, JAMES A. CHILTON, SR., as Executor.
