ALL the following described real estate lying and being situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a set railroad spike in the center line of Township Route 344, known as Middle Spring
Road, at comer of a reserved 50-foot right of way; thence with said right of way, North 71 degrees 15
minutes 0 seconds West 25 feet to a point; thence by the same on a curve to the right, with a radius of
25 feet, a chord bearing of South 63 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds West, and a chord length of 35.43
feet to a set iron pin; thence continuing by the same, North 71 degrees 15 minutes 0 seconds West
193.99 feet to a set iron pin on line of lands now or formerly of Kenneth M. Hale, Jr. and Judith
