TO DETERMINE OWNERSHIP OF TRANSFERRED FUNDS PRIOR ~O
DECEDENT'S DEATH AND REQUEST FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE
OWNERSHIP OF TRANSFERRED FUNDS

consideration of the allegations and attachments set fortth
in the attached Petition to stay transfer of estate assets
and to determine ownership of transferred funds prior to
decedent's death, a citation is hereby issued upon
Respondents Joan L. DiSante, also known as A. Joan DiS~ntce,
and Norma J. Dieffenbach to show cause why the relief
requested herein should not be granted. Rule returnable at
a hearing scheduled for %~~,•, y~. ~ , 2011 ~.n
Courtroom No. ~ , at 3 :~ ~ P.m, on the Fourth Floor of
the Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,;
at which time the Court shall hear testimony and recei~xe'
exhibits regarding ownership of the funds set forth in tl~e
attached petition.
Pending said hearing or further Order of Court, the
Estate of Peter Yandric and Joan L. DiSante, also known as
A. Joan DiSante, are hereby ordered to maintain, preserve
and not dispose of any funds transferred from the Wachovia
Bank account of the decedent in the amount of $50,000.00
and funds transferred from the Citizens Bank savings
account of the decedent in the amount of $129,853.00, said
funds to remain in the banking institutions where they are
presently deposited. Counsel for Estate of Peter Yandri~
and Joan L. DiSante, also known as A. Joan DiSante, are
further directed to provide all interested parties with
monthly bank statements demonstrating that said funds are
preserved pending further Order of Court.
A copy of this Order shall be directed by certified
mail to all interested parties and respondents herein by
Petitioner.
