ordered that the settlement in the amount of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000.00) Dol~at~s is
granted. The proceeds aze to be distributed as follows:
(a) The net wrongful death proceeds of $5,625.OOwi11 be placed in a fed ally
insured bank or saving institution as permitted by the Rules of Civil edun
for benefit of the minor children, to be divided equally into accounts car each
of the minor children. Said account to be endorsed to prohibit witl~d~a{wal of
the monies therein until the child is eighteen or further order of cowrtli~sues.
(b) The net survival action monies of $5,625.OOwill be made part of the ~ to of
Steve Dollins and distributed in accord with the accounting thereof tc~
produced when the estate is closed.
(c) An amount of $3,750.00 of the proceeds will be paid to Rominger anld
Associates, pursuant to the fee agreement executed by the estate.
(d) All sums set forth above constitute damages on account of personal I',
injury/wrongful death, ansing from the occurrence, within the meani~i~ of §
104 (a) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
