AND NOW, July 8, 2011, after having received a written request from Magisterial District Judge
Mark W. Martin that he will be unavailable from July 11, 2011, through July 29, 2011, it is hereby directed
that:
1. Magisterial District Judge Jessica E. Brewbaker is assigned to hear cases scheduled on July 11, 2011. The
cases will be heard in Judge Brewbaker's court. The on call judges are also directed to schedule any of
Judge Martin's cases for July 11, 2011, between 1:30 and 2:00 pm at Judge Brewbaker's court.
2. Magisterial Judge Charles A. Clement, Jr., is assigned to hear cases scheduled on July 18, 2011. The cases
will be heard in Judge Clement's court. The on call judges are also directed to schedule any of Judge
Martin's cases for July 18, 2011, between 8:00 and 10:00 am or noon and 2:00 pm at Judge Clement's
court.
3. Magisterial District Judge Vivian J. Cohick is assigned to hear cases scheduled on July 13, 2011, and July
20, 2011, in Judge Martin's court.
