Edgaz L. Beam your Petitioner, files this Petition for Settlement of a S 1 Estate under
the provisions of Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Cod din support
thereof avers that: ~,

(1) Your Petitioner, Edgaz L.. Beam is a competent adult residing at 9~0 Mary Lane,
Cazlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, and is the son of the above decede t. ~
(2) Ray E. Beam, died on December 28, 2009, at the age of 94 yeazs, b t prior thereto
lived and was domiciled at 1 Longsdorf Way, Cazlisle, Pennsylv ' ,Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. A copy of decedent's Death Certificate i ttached hereto
as Exhibit "A."
(3) Ray E. Beam died with a Will. No Letters have been iss dl' A copy of
Decedent's Last Will and Testament is attached hereto as Exhibit "~."
(4) Mary R. Beam, spouse of Ray E. Beam, died on November 16,
(5) Ray E. Beam had no probate estate when he died other than the
63 Shazes of MetLife, Inc. Stock valued at appr x ately
$2,879.73. A MetLife, Inc. statement is attached hereto xhibit

I, RAY E. BEAM, of South lVfiddleton Township, Cumberland
declare this instzume~ to be my last will and testament, hereby expressly
codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executrix to pay all of my debts, funeral and admini
