I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by mason of my
death, whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of anyt p o~perty, shall
be paid by the Executor out of the property passing under ITEM III of this Will, 'as an expense
and cost of administration of my estate. The Executor shall have no duty or obli~at do to obtain
reimbursement for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance of o
not passing under this Will.

LUTHERAN CHURCH, whose office is located at 117 W. Keller St:

(b) ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to each of my step-gr dchildren:
JAMES A. ROCCASECCA; ANGELA I. ROCCASECCA; AND 'VAN A.
ROCCASECCA, as maybe surviving at the time of my death; and !.
(c) I hereby give and bequeath unto my stepdaughter, KAREN J. NII' OLS

I devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of
whatsoever nature and wherever situate as follows:
(a) Twenty-five percent (25%), to my nephew, GARY B. QUIGLE',Y, off, in the
event he predeceases me, his share shall be paid to his issue, per ~' ~s;
{b) Twenty-five percent (25%), to my nephew, TERRY M. QUIGLIE ,, or, in the

ITEM V: In the settlement of my estate, my Executor shall possess, ~
