Court his, her or its Status Report required by Rule 6.12, Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rule and
requisite notice, pursuant to Rule 6.12, Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules, is hereby given that
(10) days to file the Status Report. If the required 6.12 form is not filed in accordance with Rule 6
will be notified of such delinquency and the undersigned will request that a Court conduct a hearir
