CIVIL ACTION - EJECTMENT
1. Plaintiff is Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, a federal savings bank with offices located
at 1675 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33401, contractor for The Secretary of
Veterans Affairs of Washington, D.C.
2. Defendant Ricardo Rodriguez is an adult individual with a last-known address
of 216 McAllister Church Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. Defendant John Doe represents any other individual who may be residing from
time to time at 216 McAllister Church Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
4. On June 9, 2004, premises 216 McAllister Church Road, Carlisle, PA 17013
was sold by the Sheriff of Berks County at Sheriff's Sale after due advertisement according to law
and under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, No. 2003-5678 at the suit of Midfirst Bank Vs. Ricardo Rodriguez.
5. Plaintiff settled with the sheriff and a requested a deed conveying the premises
to Secretary of Veterans Affairs, an officer of The United States of America.
6. Copy of the legal description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

7. By virtue of Sheriff's Sale, Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the premises.
8. Defendants are presently in possession of the said premises.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Ocwen Federal Bank FSB, demands that a Judgment in
Ejectment be entered in its favor and against defendants.
