RELEASE OF LIEN OF JUDGMENT
Know all men by these presents, that Plaintiff, Aqua Specialists,
Inc., at the request of Robert Rigney, the Defendant herein, and
for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($450.00; to it in hand paid by the Defendant at the time
of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does for itself, its successors and its assigns,
release from the lien of said judgment the real estate known and
numbered as 207 N. 24th Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, a
copy of the legal description of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A and made a part here of.
Nothing herein contained shall invalidate the lien or security of
the Plaintiffs judgment upon any other estate or interest of the
said Robert Rigney, his successors or assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, being authorized to do so, I have set my hand

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Camp
Hill, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of Twenty-Fourth Street (formerly
Park Avenue), said point being fifty (50) feet measured northwardly along Twenty-
Fourth Street from the northeast corner of Twenty-Fourth and Logan Streets;
thence in an easterly direction along the northern line of land, now or late, of John
D. Weaver, one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to Low Alley; thence in a
northerly direction along the western line of Low Alley fifty (50) feet to the
southern line of land, now or late, of Charles T. Bowman; thence in a westerly
direction along said last mentioned line one hundred forty (140) feet, more of less,
to Twenty-Fourth Street; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern line of
Twenty-Fourth Street fifty (50) feet to the point and Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lots Nos. 26, 27 and northern ten (10) feet of Lot No. 25, as shown on
plan of lots laid out by H.C. Zacharias in the Borough of Camp Hill, said plan
being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 1, Page
1.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a two and one-half story frame dwelling
house and frame garage, known as No. 207 North 24"' Street, Camp Hill.
BEING the same premises which Robert E. Rigney and Wendy L. Rigney, by their quit
claim deed dated May 5, 2001 and recorded June 6, 2001 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 247, Page 525, granted and conveyed unto Robert
E. Rigney.

SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
04/30/2011 10:56 AM - Valerie Weary, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on April 30,
2011 at 1056 hours, she served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Robert E. Rigney, by making known unto Colin Rigney, Adult in Charge, at 206 Greenwich Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17050 its contents and at the same time handing to
him personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was
completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 05-04-11.
07/21/2011 Sheriffs sale scheduled for August 4, 2011 at 3:00p.m.
07/22/2011 12:02 AM - Sale bill posted on 07-22-11 at 1322 hours by Deputy Gutshall. Sale date set for Thursday,
August 4, 2011 at 1500 hours. Copy of sale bill mailed to Attorney Kelso.
02/22/2012 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as ABANDONED. No action on writ in over 6 months.
