Anderson is a competent adult rest ing at 1663 Trindle Road, Cazlisle, Pennsylvania 17013, and is the spouse'., ~f the above decedent. (2) Kermit E. Anderson, died on November 28, 2009 at the age of 64 }fie s, but prior thereto lived and was domiciled at 1663 Trindle Road, Carlisle, I Rennsylvania, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A copy of decedent's Deatl certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." (3) Kermit E. Anderson died with a Will. No Letters have been issut~c~. A copy of Decedent's Last Will and Testament is attached hereto as Exhibit ")~.~' (4) Kermit E. Anderson had no probate estate when he died other than t~$ following: Bank Accounts with Cornerstone Federal Credit Union Stith a value of $10,248.47. (5) The sole heirs and relationship to the decedent aze as follows: Cherlyn Anderson, spouse Jonathan P. Anderson, son Timothy D. Anderson, son Tammy R. Brown, daughter Thomas A. Anderson, son (6) Your Petitioner avers that there aze no creditors of the decedent'atid no claims unpaid known to your Petitioner. WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully requests that an Order be made authorizing Cornerstone Federal ,Credit Union to close member number 25024, Shazes 1, 7, and 18, and distribute to Cheryln L. ANDERSON, of Middlesex Township, Cu~rnb~r~and County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. ONE: I direct my Executrix to pay all of my debts, funeral and administr~tXve expenses as soon as may be done conveniently after my decease. TWO: I give, devise, and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wh~~ever situate, to my wife, CHERLYN L. ANDERSON, provided she has survived me by thirl~ X30) days or more. ' THREE: If my wife, CHERLYN L. ANDERSON, has predeceased m~, or failed to survive me by thirty (30) days or more, I give, devise, and bequeath all of my e$t~te of every nature and wherever situate to my children, JONATHAN P. ANDERSON, TI~OTHY D. ANDERSON, TAMMY R. ANDERSON, and THOMAS A. ANDERSON, in'I dqual shares, per capita. If one of my children has predeceased me, then the share of said decea$e~d child will be distributed equally to my children who survive me. FOUR: I appoint my wife, CHERLYN L. ANDERSON, to serve as Ex~c~trix of this my Last Will. If she has predeceased me, failed to qualify, or ceased to serve asl executrix, I appoint my children, JONATHAN P. ANDERSON, TIMOTHY D. ANDERSEN, TAMMY R ANDERSON and THOMAS A. ANDERSON, to be the Co-Executors of this mly Last Will. FIVE: My Executrix may, at her discretion, compromise claims, borrow !money, retain property for such length of time as she may deem proper; lease and sell property ~~ such prices, on such terms, at public or private sales, as she may deem proper; and invest estate property and income without restriction to legal investments. SIX: No Executrix or Co-Executors, acting hereunder shall be required to post bond or enter security in this or any jurisdiction.
