COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
1. The plaintiff is Theodora Tsarouhis, an adult individual that resides at 3537
Logan Street, Camp Hill, 17011, Cumberland County.
2. The defendant is Gerasimos Dionysatos, an adult individual that resides at
Kalidonos 12, City of Agrinion, 30100, County of Aitoloakarnania, Country of Greece.
3. Plaintiff seeks (custody)(partial custodyXvisitation) of the following child:

The child was not born out of wedlock.
The child is presently in the custody of Theodora Tsarouhis, who resides at 3537
Logan Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 170 II.
During the past two years, the child has resided with the following persons and at
the following addresses:

The mother of the child is Theodora Tsarouhis, currently residing at 3537 Logan
Street, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011.
She is married.
The father of the child is Gerasimos Dionysatos, currently believed to be residing
at Kalidonos 12, City of Agrinion, 30100, County of Aitoloakarnania, Country of Greece.
He is married.
4. The relationship of plaintiff to the child is that of mother.
The plaintiff currently resides with the following persons:

5. The relationship of defendant to the child is that of father.
6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity, in other
litigation concerning the custody of the child in this or another court. The court, term and
number, and its relationship to this action is:
Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the child pending
in a court of this Commonwealth or any other state.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to
the child.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting the
relief requested because:
a Defendant abandoned the child on February 25, 2004.
b. Defendant is currently believed to be unemployed and with no visible
means of supporting the child.

c. Defendant has no education and no job skills with which to build a
foundation to support and care for the child
d. Plaintiff is currently with the Cumberland County Domestic Relations
Office.
e. Plaintiff is currently, and at all relevant times, been the primary provider
for the child for every need including but not limited to food, clothing and
emotional support.
8. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been tenninated and the
person who has physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this action.
All other persons, named below, who are known to have or claim a right to custody or
visitation of the child will be given notice of the pendency of this action and the right to
intervene:
There are no other individuals who are known to have or claim a right to custody
of the child.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff requests the court to grant sole custody of the child.

AND NOW, Thursday, July 22, 2004 , upon consideration of the attached Complaint,
it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Hawn S. Sunday, Esq. , the conciliator.
at 39 West Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 on Thursday, August OS, 2004 at 8:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish auy and all existingProtcctiou from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 honrs prior to scheduled hearing.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUMBERLAND COUNTY RULE OF CIVIL
PROCEDURE 1915.3-8, the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the following report:
1. The pertinent information concerning the Child who is the subject of this litigation is as
follows:

2. A conciliation conference was held on August 5, 2004, with the following individuals in
attendance: The Mother, Theodora Tsarouhis. The Mother's counsel, Demetrios H. Tsarouhis,
Esquire, did not attend the conference. The Father, Gerasimos Dionysatos, who currently resides in
Greece did not attend the conference or contact the conciliator, although the Mother represented that
the Father was served with notice of the complaint and conference by certified mail with return receipt.
3. At the conference, the Mother stated that the Father left the Mother and Child in the marital
residence on February 25, 2004 and departed for Greece without any notice or explanation. According
to the Mother, the Father has not requested any contact with the Child, by telephone or otherwise. The
Mother indicated that she only learned that the Father had retumed to Greece through his relatives.
Since the Father left the country in February 2004, the Mother staled she has been the Child's primary
care giver and requested confirmation of primary custody by Courll Order.
4. Based upon representations made by the Mother at the conference and the fact that the Father
did not attend or contact the conciliator, the conciliator recommends an Order in the form as attached.
