went, hereby revoking any will previously made by lie.
I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as may b~ practical
after my death..
II - I devise and bequeath all of my esta~t~ of whatever
nature and wherever situate unto my son, Mark R. Fz~end.
i III -Should my said son predecease me, ~h~n I devise
I' and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature ~ar~d wherever
situate unto my grandchildren in equal shares, t~e!,share of a
deceased grandchild to be paid to his or her issuleper stirpes.
IV - I appoint CCNB Bank, K.1~. guardian gf'any property
which passes under this will or otherwise to a mihdr or an
incompetent and with respect to which I am authorised to appoint

my Last Will and Testament. Should my said son fail to qualify
