AND NOW, comes Michael A. Scherer, Esquire, counsel for Edward A. Siemon,
III, and respectfully represents as follows:
1. An argument is scheduled in this matter for Wednesday, February 23,
2011 at 1:30 p.m.
2. Undersigned counsel is scheduled to be in an arbitration hearing on the
afternoon of February 23, 2011.
3. Robert P. Grubb, Esquire and Shaun E. O'Toole, Esquire who represent
other parties in this matter, both concur in the request for a continuance.
WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel respectfully requests that this Honorable
