STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Keith S. Shaw and Lavanna K. Shaw, (OWNERS), are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with H&M Enterprises, Inc. (CONTRACTOR),
for the execution of a home situate at 25 Hoover Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit "A'.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration
of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00), to be paid to Contractor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the Contractor, or any Subcontractor, nor by any of the materialmen or
workmen or any person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being identified as Lot 12 as shown on a plan of lots known as Pheasant
Crossing prepared for Realand, Inc. by Hoover Engineering Services, Inc., dated August
10, 1998, approved October 7, 1998 by the Middlesex Township Board of Supervisors,
and recorded November 6, 1998 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 77, Page 128, and being more fully
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of T-573 (Hoover Road); thence by land now or
formerly of Robert Line, Jr. & J. Edward CIouse North 01 degree 45 minutes 00 seconds
West a distance of four hundred ninety and seven hundredths (490.07) feet to an iron pin;
thence by Lot 11 of the aforementioned subdivision North 88 degrees 15 minutes 00
seconds East a distance of three hundred fifty-one and eighty-seven hundredths (351.87)
feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot 11 of the aforementioned subdivision South 05 degrees
26 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of five hundred twenty-five (525.00) feet to a point
in the centerline of T-573; thence in along and through the centerline of T-573 North 84
degrees 33 minutes 04 seconds West a distance of four hundred seventy-one and eight-six
hundredths (471.86) feet to a point in the centerline of T-573 (Hoover Road) and place of
BEGINNING. Containing 3.204 acres of land as surveyed.
