Shortell, the Township of Lower <~llen, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and Codicils heretofore written by me. ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. as soon after my demise as may be convenient to the proper administration of my estate. ITEM II. I direct that all the rest residue and remainder of my estate into cash at either public or private, whenever in her/his discretion it may be most expedient for the proper administration of my estate.
