ATTACHMENT A to FORM UCC-1
LESSEE/DEBTOR: Best Line Leasing, Inc.
LESSOR/SECURED PARTY: JLG Equipment Services, Inc.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY'
Lessee/Debtor hereby grants Lessor/Secured Party a security interest in the following property:
1. All equipment and inventory that is now or hereafter leased, sold, or otherwise
conveyed by Lessor/Secured Party under or pursuant to that certain Master Lease Agreement,
dated March 1, 2001, between Lessee/Debtor, as lessee, and Lessor/Secured Party, as lessor,
regardless of whether such equipment or inventory is in the possession of Lessee/Debtor or is
rented or leased by Lessee to, or is otherwise in the possession of, third parties
2. All repossessions, returns, property received in trade or exchange, holdbacks,
rebates, discounts, attachments, spare or repair parts, improvements, accessories, appurtenances,
accessions and replacements for or to the equipment and inventory described in paragraph 1.
3. All of Lessee/Debtor's accounts, contract rights, chattel paper, documents,
general intangibles and instruments arising from the sale or other disposition of the property
described in paragraphs 1 and 2, above.
4. All proceeds (including, without limitation, insurance proceeds) of any sale or
other disposition of the property described in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, above.
The Lessee/Debtor and the Lessor/Secured Party intend that the aforesaid Master Lease
Schedule, Master Lease Agreement, and all related agreements and instruments constitute a tree
lease. This financing statement is being filed by the Lessee/Debtor and the Lessor/Secured Party
only as a precaution to give actual notice of the Master Lease Schedule, the Master Lease
Agreement and related agreements and instruments and the transactions contemplated thereby to
creditors of the Lessee/Debtor.
