annexed Petition, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that a Citation be issued,
directed to Thomas R. Karstetter, to show cause, if any there be, why he should not be
adjudged an incapacitated person and a guardian of his person and of his estate
appointed, and to schedule a hearing to be held on the ~ day of
2011, at •q 3o gym. in Courtroom No. ~ of the Cumberland County Courthouse,
One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the Citation and notice of the filing of the Petition and hearing shall be
given to Thomas R. Karstetter, the alleged incapacitated person, personally, in
accordance with 20 P.S. § 5511, and to his next of kin who is sui juris, not less than 20
days prior to the hearing.
